About

Philosophy of care

Patient education is of the utmost importance and what I take pride in doing. My philosophy is that if you understand your diagnosis, you will be able to make more informed decisions about your treatment, be more engaged in your rehabilitation, and ultimately achieve a better outcome.

Why I entered medicine

I was inspired to enter medicine after my own experience as a yoga teacher triggered a passion to help people improve pain, mobility and quality of life.

Community involvement

I provide educational presentations to the community on various orthopedic topics for all ages, such as bone health and injury prevention.

Personal interests

You can find me spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, running, hiking and camping.
