Less than a year since its June opening, Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Carbon and Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG)–Carbon continue to bring more clinicians and specialties to the community. Very recently 11 physicians and other clinicians began serving the residents of Carbon County.

Lisa Dapuzzo-Argiriou, MD, LVPG Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dapuzzo-Argiriou provides a broad range of OB-GYN care and has a focus on chronic pelvic pain and high-risk pregnancies. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and Penn State College of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residencies at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Anthony Falvello, DO, LVPG Orthopedics and Sports Medicine–Carbon and Hazleton
Falvello is a graduate of Penn State University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg, Pa. Falvello is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Francis Braconaro, MD, LVPG Internal Medicine–Carbon
Braconaro is a graduate of Villanova University, Philadelphia, and Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. He completed internal medicine residencies at Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Braconaro is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Michael Grimaldi, MD, LVPG Pain Specialists–Carbon
Grimaldi is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, Lexington, Va., and Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. He completed a residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, and fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Noma Hlazo, PA-C, LVPG Hematology Oncology–Carbon
Hlazo received a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science from Liberty University and a post graduate physician assistant degree at St. Elizabeth University.
Nichole Homan, PA-C, LVPG Urology–Carbon, Hazleton and Cedar Crest
Homan is a graduate of Rowan University, St. Joseph's University and Thomas Jefferson University.
