W. Andrew Worthington, Esq., is Chair of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees. He has served on the Board since 2017. He also is Chair of the Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Dickson City Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the LVH–Pocono Board of Directors. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tree Course Adventures, LLC, a company that designs, develops and operates aerial adventure parks and ropes courses. He is also President and CEO of Resorts Group Inc., a company that manages and owns timeshare loan portfolios. Prior to forming Tree Course Adventures, Mr. Worthington was President and CEO of Resorts USA. In 2006, Mr. Worthington and his Executive Committee purchased the company from its former parent company, changing the company name to Bushkill Group Inc. In 2017, Mr. Worthington sold Bushkill Group Inc. to a subsidiary of Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to joining Resorts USA, he was employed by Shawnee Development Inc. as Corporate Counsel where he provided legal services. After leaving Shawnee, Mr. Worthington had a private legal practice where he provided legal representation to timeshare, developer and ski area clients. He also served as First Assistant District Attorney of Monroe County, Monroe County Solicitor and Solicitor for Polk Township. Mr. Worthington has also served on the Pocono Mountain Visitors' Bureau Board of Directors, the YMCA Board of Directors, the Monroe County Board of Assistance, the Monroe County Economic Advisory Board, the Pocono Medical Center Board of Directors, the Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing Arts Board of Directors and the Stroud Area Regional Police Department Promotions Board. Mr. Worthington graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to earn his JD from Villanova University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Worthington currently resides in the Poconos with his wife, the Honorable Margherita P. Worthington, and their two children.
