Advanced Care for Your Patient
Providing the highest quality care is important to you. That includes being able to make referrals to the specialists of your choice at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Our goal is to communicate and collaborate with you when you refer your patients.
It’s the only number you need to know to schedule a diagnostic test. We’ll also transfer you to the person who can best meet your needs when necessary.
Hours: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

EpicCare Link Two-Factor Authentication FAQ
LVHN EpicCare Link requires two-factor authentication on our login page.
Multifactor authentication:
- Enhances security. It provides an additional layer of protection beyond just a password.
- Prevents unauthorized access. It helps verify that users are who they claim to be.
When you or a staff member logs in for the first time after multifactor authentication is enabled, you will be prompted to choose a method of receiving randomly generated passcodes. You can choose to receive the passcodes through email or text messages.
The next time you log in, the system will send a one-time passcode using either text message or email. You will then enter that passcode on the login page. You can select a check box to have the system remember you on that browser for 30 days. After that, you will again be prompted to enter a passcode.
In October 2024, a new tool, Happy Together Link, was implemented. With Happy Together Link, it's easy for community users to access all their EpicCare Link accounts from one location. Users who have EpicCare Link accounts with more than one organization can log in to one of those accounts and access their other EpicCare Link accounts from the Happy Together Link activity without having to reenter multiple usernames and passwords.
Step 1: Log in to one of your EpicCare Link accounts. (Such as for LVHN, Jefferson, Main Line, Penn Medicine, CHOP or Tower Health*.)
Step 2: Click the Happy Together Link icon.
Step 3: Search for Organization and click on Organization Card.
- If you are logged in to LVHN EpicCare Link, search for Main Line, Jefferson, etc.
- If you are logged in to another provider’s version of EpicCare Link, search for LVHNLINK.
Step 4: When presented with the login screen, enter your credentials (username and password) for that organization. Follow any two-factor authentication steps, if presented.
*Note: St. Luke’s and Geisinger have not yet implemented Happy Together Link.
