In our financial and annual reports, we clearly explain what we’re doing to benefit our community. We show how we provide free care or care at a reduced cost for our community’s uninsured and underinsured. We also report our investments in professional research and education. These investments allow our caregivers to provide you with leading-edge care and discover new and better ways to diagnose and treat diseases.
Our community benefit also includes our partnerships with local municipalities and service organizations. We show how our employees volunteer their time and talents to benefit your health. This investment includes the hundreds of free flu shots and physical exams we provide to the community annually.
Finally, we report our investment to educate you about ways to get and stay healthy. These education and prevention programs include our efforts to help people quit smoking, care for people with HIV/AIDS, and provide information and support to people with diabetes, just to name a few.
