Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is a 2020 “Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley.” The list of the Top Workplaces is compiled annually by The Morning Call. LVHN ranks No. 3 among large employers on the 2020 list.
LVHN was also named the Lehigh Valley’s Top Workplace for Meaningfulness, which means employees say they feel their work truly makes a difference.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an independent organization. About 1,000 LVHN employees completed the anonymous survey which measures several aspects of workplace culture.
