About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is treating every patient to the best of my abilities and as I would treat a family member. I strive to do this with compassion, evidence-based medicine and by involving the patient in the decision-making process.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine because of my love for helping others in need, and I enjoy learning about the human body. I also enjoy the lifelong personal and educational growth the medical field provides me as I do my best to provide patients optimum care.

Community involvement

Outside of my clinical work, my community involvement is mostly through tutoring medical residents and students. I enjoy volunteering in free clinics and health fairs, as well as advocating for routine health-related screenings and disease prevention through presentations to my local community.

Personal interests

I make time for medical education and playing sports, including tennis, soccer and lifting. I also enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
