"Dr. Klitsch does a really nice job with asking all kinds of questions and gearing them towards the child and looking at the child. So looking at my kid and having her answer the best that she can and then, you know, letting the parent then fill in where there might be some gaps. So I love that she addresses them and empowers them to kind of talk about how they feel. So she has done that for years. So that's a big piece. And then, again, just patient and informative and no question is a silly question. In general, she just makes everybody in the room feel comfortable."
