About
Philosophy of care
I believe good communication and trust between patient and provider is one of the most important elements in practicing medicine. I want you to feel comfortable communicating freely and actively participating in your treatment to help create a plan that is realistic and achievable for you.
Why I entered medicine
From a young age, I always loved math, science and solving puzzles. I originally started college as an engineering major, but realized quickly I wanted to work directly with the public. Medicine is great because I get to meet new people every day while solving problems and challenging myself.
Community involvement
I volunteered as an emergency medicine technician (EMT) during college, and I currently volunteer at VAST (Valley Against Sex Trafficking).
Personal interests
I love reading, puzzles, music and coffee – I feel like I’m finally starting to age into my personality. I also like working out, nature and being outside.
