About

Philosophy of care

When caring for children, I want my patients and their families to feel seen and heard. My goal is to provide guidance and support for children to reach their full potential in growth and development, with a special focus on the importance of reading and routines. I partner with families for a stepwise approach to diagnose and treat conditions according to the most up-to-date guidelines.

Why I entered medicine

What drew me to pediatrics is the celebration of small victories. From a few grams of weight gain to the first bath or even a chance to change a smelly diaper, no milestone is too small in this field. Being a pediatrician gives me the invaluable opportunity to continue learning and growing alongside families through each development in life.

Community involvement

I enjoy volunteering for the annual LVHN flu drives and providing medical support at summer camps when I can.

Personal interests

My husband and I really enjoy listening to music – we almost always have music playing at home! Because of this, we collect vinyl records and attend concerts whenever we can. I also love spending time at the beach, hiking and trying new restaurants in the area. My favorite foods are ice cream, sushi and tacos (not all together!).
