About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy of care is driven by my belief that the human person has inherent goodness. Providing health care with respect and compassion is a uniquely special way to honor that goodness within every person in our community. This philosophy demands that I emphasize equipping you to take an active role in your health through teaching you about your conditions, and through empowering you to make decisions about your health care.

Why I entered medicine

I chose to enter medicine after working in a nursing home in high school. I came to love building relationships with the residents there and felt that nursing would allow me to continue to serve this population in a meaningful way.

Community involvement

I am a member of the Knights of Lithuania, Anthracite Council, and also a parishioner of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Frackville.

Personal interests

I’m the father of two toddlers, an avid podcast listener, and lover of Cleveland sports.
