About

Philosophy of care

I will listen and always be empathetic and treat you as I would treat my family.

Why I entered medicine

It may sound cliché, but medicine was an inclination I had held onto since I was a child. My internal drive to care for others and my love of science set me on this path. All that, coupled with the desire to be the first physician in my family, my intense motivations have carried me through for all these years.

Initially, my interest was with pediatrics, until my third year clinicals in which the specialty of OB-GYN enticed me. This was the only field I felt, and still feel, gave me a continuous sense of satisfaction for the past 20 years.

Community involvement

I am a member of St Jane’s church in Easton.

Personal interests

I enjoy traveling, gardening and reading fiction.
