About

Philosophy of care

I believe in building trusting relationships and doing my best to meet patients with compassion and understanding. My goal is to ensure all my patients feel heard and taken seriously, especially when it comes to their pain. I've had the privilege of living in countries like Spain and Egypt over the last decade, and have worked in industries that include education, foreign affairs research and intelligence. I hope these experiences have helped broaden my cultural competence, so I may provide the best care to each patient regardless of their unique background.

Why I entered medicine

I have always been drawn to science, problem-solving and working with people from all walks of life. Working in medicine allows me to pursue all these interests while providing endless opportunities for growth and learning.

Community involvement

My recent community involvement includes working at the Allentown Rescue Mission.

Personal interests

I enjoy spending time with my partner and our spoiled cat, Noodle, reading thriller novels, painting and trying out new foods/local restaurants. Other interests include international travel, live music and learning new things.
