About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy centers on empowering patients with knowledge and tools to manage their health independently, especially in challenging environments. I believe in a proactive, patient-centered approach that prioritizes prevention and education, enabling patients to make informed decisions.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine to combine my passion for science with a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives. The opportunity to solve complex problems, particularly in emergency settings, inspired me to pursue a career where I could help individuals navigate some of their most critical moments.

Community involvement

I am actively involved in initiatives that focus on increasing access to medical care in underserved and remote communities. This includes supporting educational programs that teach essential medical skills to non-medical professionals.

Personal interests

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, which complements my professional interest in wilderness medicine.
