About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy of care is to optimize your function with a non-operative approach. Most often this means using therapeutic exercises, medications and local injections in a limited fashion and in consultation with other providers/surgeons as appropriate.
Why I entered medicine
I want to help people who need help. The human body and how it works was – and is still – the most intriguing and interesting topic of all.
Community involvement
I enjoy participating in activities with my church and church worship.
Personal interests
I enjoy activities like running, cycling, traveling and, when I am home, I enjoy cooking.

"I had a great experience with Dr. Millet he went over my health history and explained to me in ways I could understand what the probable causes of my back pain might be, by the time I left there I had a better understanding of my condition leaving me feeling better able to help myself deal with it."
"Wonderful!!!!"
"Everything went very well, a good exam and good work to get rid of the pain."
