About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy of care is to treat you in a respectful and holistic manner, while providing education to help you navigate your own health.
Why I entered medicine
Although I knew I wanted to be a doctor from a young age, I truly fell in love with medicine when I saw the positive impact my family's doctors had on their lives, and the lives of their loved ones. Whether in the hospital or in the office, their warmth and compassion was a comfort and reassurance during tumultuous times. In those moments, I knew that I wanted to help people in the same way. In my practice, I strive to be as caring and compassionate as the men and women that have inspired me, in order to ultimately provide the best care for my patients.
Community involvement
During the length of my medical training (from medical school to fellowship), I have been active in the community by providing medical coverage for local running events, high school and college sporting events, and performing sports pre-participation physicals.
Personal interests
My personal interests include exercising, participating in local running and obstacle course races, being outside and active with my family, and trying to keep up with our young daughter!
