About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy is rooted in compassion, understanding and creating a nonjudgmental, positive environment. Having experienced what it feels like to be unheard, I am committed to ensuring my patients feel both understood and confident in the health plans we create together. I treat each patient as I would a family member, providing the highest standard of personalized care, while fostering an atmosphere where everyone feels respected and supported.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine to be a force for positive change. Growing up, I witnessed the difficult side of health care with someone close to me, and it left me feeling powerless. That experience drove me to become the person people can turn to on their toughest days -- the one they can rely on for answers and trust with their lives. My patients will always be my top priority. Medicine is a calling for me, and I truly cannot imagine doing anything else. I am committed not only to improving my patients’ health, but also to empowering them to feel confident and cared for throughout their journey.

"Sending text messages questioning arrival time not helpful while driving to appointment."
"Overall, the office staff was professional, fine. They represented you well, no problems. Carli, the medical professional I met with, was over the top fantastic. She was, this was a tough situation for me. She was an excellent listener. She explained well to me. She gave me good advice. I believe just overall a very, very positive experience. And I was glad to have her as my healthcare provider. Thank you. Have a good day."
"Dr. Carli Lavery is very kind. She explains very well step by step, in my opinion she knows what she's doing."
