About
Philosophy of care
Every day I go to work with the goal of treating every single one of my patients in the same manner I expect my own family to be treated. I look forward to treating you.
Why I entered medicine
I, like many other medical students, entered the field of medicine with the hopes of making a difference in someone's life, but I have come to realize my job is so much more rewarding than that. I have been given the gift of being part of someone's "best day ever" ... the birth of a new baby, a patient receiving a kidney transplant after years of dialysis, a family receiving news that their loved one's cancer surgery was successful ... the list goes on and on. Reflecting on my career, I realize that while I expected to change the world by going into medicine, I am the one who has changed. Medicine has made me a more compassionate person, a better listener and a more effective communicator.
Personal interests
I enjoy spending free time traveling and experiencing new cities and countries. I also like shopping and spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew.
