About

Philosophy of care

We are all patients. I approach my responsibility as a physician with that in mind, working to earn your trust and to establish a partnership with you by focusing on and meeting your needs, goals and best interests – just as I want my physician to do when I seek care.

Why I entered medicine

Emergency medicine is among the best professional callings I can imagine – to care for anyone, at any time, with any issue. It's a chance to help find solutions in a time of uncertainty and to provide comfort in place of pain.

Community involvement

I’m a youth sports coach.

Personal interests

In my free time I enjoy sports (particularly basketball), travel and activities with my kids.
