About
Philosophy of care
I intend to listen very intently to your problems, advise you the best I can and then treat you based on your health, social situation, support structure and personal desires. Most problems can be treated conservatively, with surgery being viewed as a final but effective option.
Why I entered medicine
My grandfather was a family doctor who died well before I was born. My father told me stories about him when I was young. Many involved Dad joining my grandfather on house visits in the middle of the night. He would even leave patients money for their prescriptions as he left them for the night. My grandfather certainly had an impact on my decision to enter medicine, a rewarding field where you can make a positive impact on people’s lives daily.
Personal interests
Outside work I am interested in physical fitness and anti-aging medicine.
