About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy as a nurse anesthetist revolves around three core principles. First, I emphasize collaboration and communication within the surgical team, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-op to post-op. Second, I adopt a patient-centered approach, addressing each individual's unique needs, preferences and concerns, and involve them in decisions about their care. Finally, I maintain a keen focus on safety and vigilance during surgery, anticipating and mitigating potential risks to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Through these principles, I aim to deliver care that prioritizes patient well-being and safety at all times.
Why I entered medicine
I chose anesthesia as my specialty to offer patients comfort and reassurance during their most vulnerable moments. I understand the fear and uncertainty that can accompany medical procedures, and my aim is to provide compassionate care that restores a sense of control and ease.
Community involvement
Outside of work, I enjoy low-key family oriented community events for social outings.
Personal interests
My interests include prioritizing my personal health and fitness while striving to be the best father and husband I can be for my daughter and wife.
