About
Philosophy of care
I hope to continuously learn from my patients and my fellow co-workers to enhance my medical knowledge. I aspire to be the best provider I can be by providing patient-focused care and advocating for individuals who cannot do so themselves.
Why I entered medicine
My passion for medicine started as a young child and never subsided. As I grew older and began researching careers in medicine, I knew becoming a physician assistant was the path for me. It gave me the opportunity to give back to the community by providing quality health care and forming close relationships with the patients I treat.
Community involvement
I am from a small town in Schuylkill County and had to learn to embrace the city life during physician assistant school in Philadelphia. Most recently I helped organize a team for the PA Olympics for my school. It involves fundraisers and a final scavenger hunt among all the city’s PA schools to raise money for charity.
Personal interests
I love to spend free time with my family, friends and three dogs. I also love to travel.
