About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy is to treat you and your loved ones as I would treat my own family. Caring for the older adult can sometimes "take a village" and I look forward to serving as a liaison for your care team.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine after seeing my older brother taken into and out of the hospital during our childhood. He has spina bifida, a type of birth defect. I was inspired by my parents, who faithfully serve as his caretaker. I have seen firsthand the difficulties of caring for someone's needs day in and day out. This inspired me to go into medicine, specifically nursing home care.
Community involvement
I have been involved with multiple charitable organizations during my medical training, including the Alzheimer's Association.
Personal interests
I enjoy spending time with my dog, Zephyr, who is an adorable Havanese. I also enjoy taking Zumba and kickboxing classes after work!
