About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy focuses on patient-centeredness, holistic treatment and evidence-based practice. I prioritize strong relationships with patients, emphasizing communication, empathy and respect for individual values and preferences. I am an advocate for health care education and preventive care as ways to empower patients on their health journeys amid an often-overwhelming environment. It is a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to the evolving health care landscape.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine out of a love for people and a love of biology. It was a way to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and to satisfy my passion for helping others. Advocacy for patients keeps me committed in the here and now.

Community involvement

I was involved with the diabetic population for many years. Now I volunteer for meal prep and serving at my local homeless shelter in Easton. I also offer extensive education on health, diet, nutrition and fitness as it relates to the perimenopausal/menopausal population.

Personal interests

I cook for hours in the kitchen with my family, until one meal runs into the next. I devote time to weightlifting, yoga and my Peloton. I love Italy and look forward each year to creating my outdoor living space.
