About

Philosophy of care

Every patient, every time. I treat every patient as I would a beloved family member. It’s what patients expect and deserve: my best anytime and every time.

Why I entered medicine

I studied science in college and was on an internship with a large company when a co-worker got sick. Everything stopped and everyone went to the hospital. When the doctor came out to discuss his condition, that was the only thing in the whole world that mattered to his friends and family. It was also when I realized medicine is the most important application of science – and my calling.

Community involvement

My family and I support our community in various ways.

Personal interests

When not working, I help raise our four children along with my wife – who does all the heavy lifting. We also care for two dogs and like to travel when time allows. Cooking is an occasionally successful hobby and a round of golf every so often keeps me humble.
