About
Philosophy of care
I want my patients to feel empowered and be educated about their own health. When patients come to me, I want them to feel comfortable enough to have an open and honest discussion about their health. That way, we can practice shared decision-making and come up with their best plan of care.
Why I entered medicine
I have always had an interest in the human body and science. I learned about the physician assistant career in high school, where I also developed a passion for community service. This career path seemed like the best way to combine my love of science and service.
Community involvement
I have participated in Habitat for Humanity and volunteered at Victory House, cooking meals for the residents. I have a passion for helping others and look forward to finding new ways to serve my community.
Personal interests
In my free time I love to try new restaurants, travel, read, go on walks, and spend time with my husband, pets and family!
