About

Philosophy of care

I want to use my knowledge and expertise to help you recover your health after injury or illness and to connect you with the resources needed to preserve it for the future.

Why I entered medicine

The field of medicine is one of the oldest professions and yet remains one of the most necessary and important for people to flourish. I wanted to be part of serving in this capacity, specifically in acute care, dealing with emergencies and urgent need both in my community and abroad.

Community involvement

I am involved in community emergency medical services, youth soccer, and youth ministry at my church. I have participated in medical missions and worked in a free clinic prior to going to medical school.

Personal interests

I have broad interests beyond medicine, including amateur photography, music and coaching soccer.
