About
Philosophy of care
When I see you as a patient, I make sure to care for you as a whole and not just focus on your diagnosis. I like to hear about my patients’ lives and encourage them to tell me their questions and concerns because that helps me learn what our goals for care are. This allows me to develop a treatment plan both you and I will be comfortable with. I feel strongly that patients should play an active role in their own health care decisions. Because of this, I am passionate about taking extra time to provide excellent patient education. It is important to me that you leave your appointment with a complete understanding of the diagnosis and treatment plan.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine because I wanted to work in a profession where I could use my love of science to help the people in my community. In the medical field, I get the opportunity to advocate for my patients every single day and there is nothing more rewarding than knowing the people I take care of come from the community where I was raised.
Community involvement
I am involved with the DeSales Free Clinic at the Allentown Rescue Mission, as well as the Relay for Life.
Personal interests
Outside work I have enjoyed going to concerts, trying new restaurants and bars, and listening to podcasts.

What is a Care Team?
Your LVPG Urology care team works together to address your unique needs and ensure you always get the best care at the right time through a Center of Excellence approach. This team includes your physician and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) such as physician assistants, nurse practitioners and specialized registered nurses. APCs receive advanced training and routinely work alongside your physician, building expertise in areas of specialization with the four Centers of Excellence including men’s health, women’s health, stone-related disease and urologic oncology. Your care team will work with you to design a plan that effectively addresses your medical concerns.
