About
Philosophy of care
I am deeply passionate about educating, advocating for and empowering all women. As your provider, it is my goal for you to feel comfortable and supported throughout your care. I will not only recommend what’s best, but also will hold your hand every step of the way.
Why I entered medicine
My passion for medicine began at an early age, as my grandfather was an obstetrics and gynecology physician, and my mother was a labor and delivery nurse. My relationship with them inspired my interest in women's health. My intent as a physician assistant is creating a safe and positive space for all my patients, from preconception to prenatal and postpartum obstetrical care to menopause. I am extremely grateful to be working in the women's health field.
Community involvement
While attending King's College, I participated in several community outreach opportunities, including volunteering for the homeless population at The André House in Phoenix, AZ, as well as House of Hope in South Bend, IN. During graduate school, I participated in a medical mission to Port Au Prince, Haiti. Our team diagnosed, treated and cared for almost 500 clinic patients. I was awarded the St. André Bessette Award for Service in the Spirit of the Congregation of Holy Cross, as well as the King's College Department of Physician Assistant Studies Service Award.
Personal interests
I absolutely love being outdoors. Whether hiking, running or swimming, I enjoy being in the sunshine. I love staying active and joining group fitness studios that teach yoga, Pilates or spin classes. Most importantly, I love to spend quality time with my husband, family and friends.
