About
Philosophy of care
Being told you require surgery can be a difficult thing to hear. It's important that patients and their families have a full understanding of what is about to occur, including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative expectations. Every patient should have access to high-quality care close to home.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine because I was fascinated by the science and art of treating patients and the field’s ever-evolving research endeavors.
Community involvement
I've been involved in research projects, making presentations on regional and national levels. I have also moderated research events.
Personal interests
I enjoy music and have played the guitar for many years. I also enjoy traveling as often as possible.
