Philosophy of care

I encourage a holistic approach to medicine. I discuss with you not only the importance of diet, exercise and screenings as essential elements of preventive medicine, but also provide suggestions related to you and your preferences. I look forward to collaborating on a plan of care.

Why I entered medicine

I enjoy helping and connecting with people. I wanted a career where what I did made a difference.

Community involvement

I volunteer with Scouting for Food and at the local food bank.

Personal interests

I enjoy time with family and friends, hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, watching movies and living in the moment.
