Philosophy of care

I believe a body in motion stays in motion, and my goal is to help you stay as active as possible for as long as possible to lead a long and healthy life.

Why I entered medicine

Medicine has always been a passion of mine and having grown up heavily involved in athletics I looked for a career that would allow me to combine those two interests. Orthopedics provides a unique setting that fosters positive changes in a patient's life, namely that pain-free physical activity can lead to other lifestyle changes that create a state of long-term well-being.

Community involvement

I have been involved with the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON).

Personal interests

When not working I enjoy camping, hiking, triathlon training and gardening.
