About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy is to empower patients to make choices. By providing the best information and research, as well as taking their individual circumstances into account, I believe that patients are more likely to make appropriate health care choices. Treating patients should never be a "dictatorship," but a true partnership.
Why I entered medicine
I became a nurse practitioner to combine the best of nursing and medicine. I am able to combine the holistic approach of nursing with the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of medicine to treat the whole patient.
Personal interests
I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to travel, read and watch sports. We are avid Steelers, Phillies and Iron Pigs fans!
