About
Philosophy of care
As a nurse practitioner, it is important to provide individualized care focused on the patient’s condition as well as the effects of illness on the lives of both the patient and their family.
Why I entered medicine
As a child, I knew I always wanted to work in the medical field. I started my career as a registered nurse in the emergency department and knew I wanted to expand upon this role, which is why I pursued a career as a nurse practitioner. This role has provided me the ability to develop a more personal relationship with my patients.
Community involvement
I am currently the President of Nurse Practitioners of Northeastern Pennsylvania where I have previously held the position of Vice-President from 2014-2018.
Personal interests
Outside of the office, I consider myself to be an avid health and fitness enthusiast. I have been an avid CrossFit athlete for the past many years.
