About

Philosophy of care

I will treat you and your children as if you are part of my family. There is nothing more important to me than family. I love to be able to see multiple generations – it really makes a difference when you can connect on a personal level like that.

Why I entered medicine

When I was younger, my sister spent time in the hospital with Guillain-Barre and my mom and I stayed with her. I became enthralled by the workings of the hospital. I was amazed what the human body could do, what it could withstand, the science behind medicine and how “cool” it all was. I am still amazed every day at the small part I can play in keeping people healthy and happy.

Community involvement

I am active in my children's school and the Susan G. Komen charity fighting breast cancer.

Personal interests

I spend all my free time with my husband and three kids. They are involved in sports and other extra-curricular activities. We love to sing and laugh. Singing kids are happy kids!
