About
Philosophy of care
I believe in a patient-centered, evidence-based practice of medicine. I strive to approach people seeking medical care with compassion and curiosity, and to provide medical advice and treatment that is safe, effective and scientifically sound.
Why I entered medicine
I am fascinated by the human brain and the ways it works (or sometimes fails to work!). I am excited about the range of effective treatments that exist for many neurological disorders, and about the future of the field of neurology. I believe the true practice of medicine combines both science and art, and that everyone deserves access to good medical advice and treatment.
