About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is to provide you with the highest quality of care while maintaining an environment of inclusivity, respect and compassion. I understand every patient is unique, with different needs and goals. I strive to work as a team with my patients to help them achieve their individualized health care goals.

Why I entered medicine

I found my passion for medicine when I realized it would combine two of the things I desired from a career – helping improve others’ lives and dedicating myself to studying science. I have found my medical journey to be extremely fulfilling and have enjoyed every patient interaction I've had. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the medical community and to help bridge the gaps in health care as a physician assistant.

Community involvement

During college I volunteered at a local emergency department. As a physician assistant student, I broadened my community involvement with a MEDLIFE medical mission trip to Peru and through my clinical involvement at Hillside Healthcare in Belize. I plan to continue my dedication to charitable efforts both internationally and here in my community.

Personal interests

My interests involve being outdoors and staying active. I love taking a hike or trip to the shore, working out, trying a new recipe and spending quality time with family and friends.
