About
Philosophy of care
I strongly believe in providing compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care. As part of my patient’s care team, I am entrusted to give my best during some of the most difficult but precious moments of their lives. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing my patients truly understand their condition and make informed decisions.
Why I entered medicine
I always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. I have the unique opportunity to assist expectant mothers with complex maternal and fetal conditions navigate their pregnancy. By exercising a broad knowledge base, strong clinical judgment, patience and compassion, I am happy to help patients provide their children the best gift they can – a healthy start.
Community involvement
My passion for urban and immigrant health issues and disease prevention and education has taken me from large city centers to small villages abroad. I have not only assisted with reproductive health education, but also the development of several health programs for girls and women.
Personal interests
I love traveling and cuisine! I am always looking for the next place to explore and a new dish to try. When there is a little downtime, there is nothing like streaming an interesting show and some good ol’ popcorn.
