About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy focuses on an honest, patient-centered approach. I spend time listening to your needs so together we can generate a unique treatment plan that meets your goals. Prior to discussing joint replacement surgery, I attempt to exhaust all non-operative therapies. When we are ready for surgery, I use the latest technology and individualized modalities to ensure the best outcome. My goal as a surgeon is to provide you the same level of care I would want my family members to receive.
Why I entered medicine
I chose to enter the medical profession because it incorporates the art of human interaction with the science of medicine to help those in need. Early in my medical training, I observed how joint replacement surgery can help patients return to a healthy, active lifestyle. This inspired me to become an orthopedic surgeon, applying technology and my knowledge of human anatomy so you can resume activities you are passionate about. I feel so fortunate to be a physician who positively impacts the lives of others.
Community involvement
I participated in numerous charity races throughout the Delaware Valley. While attending medical school in Camden, I volunteered for numerous urban outreach organizations, such as the Ed Snyder Youth Hockey Foundation, where I served as a youth hockey instructor. I look forward to working with local volunteer organizations in the Lehigh Valley.
Personal interests
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, hiking new trails and spending quality time with friends and family. More importantly, I am a huge Philly sports fan and enjoy rooting for my Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers!
