About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy starts with making sure I fully understand you and any health issues and needs you may have, and then addressing them with you and perhaps with a specialist or other members of the care team for your optimum health.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine because I wanted to combine my desire to help people and my love of science. After spending several years as a pharmaceutical research scientist, I felt something was missing – and that something was working with people.
Community involvement
I am a past member of Hands Healing Hearts, a non-profit that promotes touch therapy for people with critical or chronic illness.
Personal interests
My personal interests include exercising, playing guitar and cooking.
