About

Philosophy of care

Illness can often be frightening and unsettling. I strive daily to use my knowledge to guide patients through the process of making a diagnosis and implementing treatment. I try to be a source of comfort, empathy and compassion at all times.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine to bring comfort and compassion to those in need. I am enriched each day by the experience.

Community involvement

I have volunteered in rural Appalachia, Tennessee and Pakistan.
