About

Philosophy of care

I try to provide every individual the same level of compassion, understanding and medical care I would hope to receive as a patient.

Why I entered medicine

Medicine allows me to use my love of science to help people.

Community involvement

I have been involved in teaching medical students, nurses and residents throughout my career. I have also provided anesthesia care during medical missions to Tanzania and Guatemala.

Personal interests

My wife and I enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren. Fly fishing, bicycling and sporting clays are some of my other interests.
