About

Philosophy of care

I deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that addresses both medical and personal needs. My approach emphasizes clear communication, shared decision-making and cultural sensitivity. I strive to build trust with patients while using evidence-based medicine to guide clinical decisions. Ultimately, my goal is to treat you with dignity and provide care that improves both health outcomes and quality of life.

Why I entered medicine

I was drawn to medicine by a desire to serve others and make an impact during vulnerable moments in people’s lives. My experiences in research and clinical settings deepened my interest in understanding disease while caring for patients holistically. Teaching and mentoring roles reinforced my passion for lifelong learning and collaboration. Medicine provides a unique opportunity to combine science, service and human connection in a deeply fulfilling way.

Community involvement

I have been involved in community service through clinics and outreach programs focused on underserved populations. My work has included coordinating care for uninsured patients, participating in vaccination efforts and supporting patient education initiatives. I have also contributed to global health efforts by helping organize fundraisers for a charitable eye hospital providing free care abroad. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to service and addressing healthcare disparities at both local and global levels.

Personal interests

Outside of medicine, I enjoy time with family and staying active through sports, particularly basketball. I value the teamwork and discipline that athletics brings, which also translate into my professional life. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, which help me recharge and maintain balance. These interests allow me to stay grounded while fostering both physical and mental well-being.
