About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy of care is to treat you as a whole person, not just an illness.
Why I entered medicine
I became a critical care nurse nearly a decade ago because it allowed me to marry my passion for truly caring for people with my interest in science. I worked with many incredible nurse practitioners who inspired me to advance my career and further develop the art of caring and applying medicine.
Community involvement
I mentor nursing students. I also enjoy volunteering for my local animal shelters by taking dogs out for some hiking or trail running.
Personal interests
In my free time I enjoy jogging with my rescued Rottweiler, baking treats for my family and spending time in my garden with my chickens.
