About

Philosophy of care

I approach every patient with the same care and understanding; in my office you are treated as an individual and without bias. My goal is making sure you and your family have all your questions answered, all medical issues are discussed, a treatment plan is put into place – and you know you can contact the office with any questions or concerns. I make a point to ensure every patient knows they are important.

Why I entered medicine

Like many, I entered into medicine because I like helping people. I never thought I would work in labor and delivery, but it was one of the best decisions I ever made. To help bring a new miracle into the world is something I was blessed to be a part of for many families. Working now in Maternal Fetal Medicine, my satisfaction comes more from education and supporting families through higher-risk pregnancies. It’s an honor to help form a plan of care and then be there to answer questions and offer support throughout the pregnancy.

Personal interests

I am a homebody. I live in a wooded area and love to sit on my front porch with my family and my dogs. I love listening to nature. I have also found a love for audible books. I have a long car ride, and a good mystery or thriller helps pass the time.
