About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy of care is to ensure that the patients and their parents are cared for completely and from every aspect. It is important to remember that the family is an integral part of the infant's plan of care and need to be included in the decision making.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine to help people. I was led to a career in Pediatrics and then Neonatology, where I have found my passion. Helping infants and their families are a driving force to my every day life.
Community involvement
Honestly, with just graduating school I haven't been as involved as I would like in my community or charities. I do volunteer at my daughter's school when there are activities going on and with her Girl Scout troop.
Personal interests
My personal interests include reading, spinning and being with my family.
