About

Philosophy of care

“Always do the most good for your patient.” A mother of one of my first patients said that to me, and I have strived to live up to that statement throughout my career. Building a trusting relationship with patients is vital. Working with children, it’s of the utmost importance that their loved ones are assured that we treat them with compassion. My goal is and always will be to provide the highest quality of care.

Why I entered medicine

There are so many things that can go wrong with a person’s health, but to be able to make a difference in someone’s everyday life is truly an invaluable reward.

Community involvement

I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I have participated in multiple local walks for cancer, and have volunteered at hospital-related events to raise funds. Additionally, I have helped to cover the LVHN first aid tent at Musikfest in Bethlehem, Pa.

Personal interests

My husband and I enjoy checking out local restaurants and exploring new cities. I also spend some of my free time painting or working on various arts/crafts projects.
