About

Philosophy of care

I try my best to be a good listener and to treat every patient as a family member or close friend.

Why I entered medicine

I enjoy the idea of truly helping others when they are feeling unwell, vulnerable and frequently frightened.

Community involvement

Over the years I have volunteered by coaching various local youth athletic teams, being active in my church and raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Personal interests

I love my family and take great joy in watching my daughters grow into amazing young adults. I enjoy running. I also like doing yard work and gardening, as well as jigsaw and sudoku puzzles. I’m a fan of all sports, especially Penn State football and the Cincinnati Reds.
