Philosophy of care

Patients should have access to the best care we can provide. You deserve to understand your options, and I will provide information so you can make an informed decision. Patient care is collaborative and I will work with you to provide the best care possible.

Why I entered medicine

I grew up in a household filled with medicine. My father was a primary care clinician and my mother a nurse in the intensive care unit. The work they did intrigued and inspired me from a very young age. I chose surgery as my specialty as I knew I wanted to help patients with the latest procedures and technology.

Personal interests

I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with nature: hiking, kayaking and enjoying the beauty of the wonders around us. I also enjoy time with my family and loved ones.
