About

Philosophy of care

I treat each and every patient as if they are family. I will treat you with the same time, dedication and commitment I would invest in those closest to me. My care is patient-centered, rather than symptom-centered. I view each patient as a whole and consider their emotional, health and lifestyle needs in my treatment. I educate, support and encourage patients and their families to be involved in all aspects of their care. I strive to provide personalized care to each individual so that you feel safe, involved and motivated in your path to wellness.

Why I entered medicine

I have always had a passion for helping others and an interest in medicine. I discovered my love for psychology while in college and focused my career on it from there.

Community involvement

I am involved in online charity work with many organizations, including the Humane Society of the United States and Mercy for Animals. I have also volunteered at various local animal shelters.

Personal interests

Nothing makes me happier than spending time with my dog. I also enjoy being outdoors whether I am hiking, biking or kayaking. I love spending time with my family and friends, as well.
